We are incredibly proud to have our recent renovation project at Lakelands, Newcastle featured in Newcastle Herald’s Homes of the Hunter.
Located minutes from the lake, we transformed the existing dark, ageing residence into a light-filled split level contemporary home that reflected the lifestyle and location for our client’s Michael and Hayley and their young boys. Their vision was to have a home to entertain in, that was open plan and somewhere for their kids to grow in and enjoy, well into the feature and they couldn’t be happier with the end result that we’ve created for them.
The renovation consisted of transforming the 3 bedroom into a 4 bedroom double bedroom sanctuary with a split level and soaring ceilings. We also created open plan kitchen-living-dining spaces; butlers pantry; media room; toy room; double garage; study-homework hub plus ensuite and powder room. This was then complemented by a stunning deck that overlooks the background and pool- perfect for entertaining.
The result is a sleek, sophisticated family home that pairs perfectly with the scenic views of the area and lake and creates an air of relaxation- the perfect oasis for entertaining. We had so much pleasure in transforming this home for our clients and can’t wait to see them enjoy it for years to come.
