Thanks again for helping us make our dreams come true, we are so happy with our extension and I can’t wait to get started on the colour palate and styling inside that will transfer this into our beautiful family home.

If anyone is looking for a great building company who are ALWAYS very polite, professional, on time, consultative and conscious that there is still a family living around them, I can 100% recommend Kathleen & Paul Dyett of Extrabuild. All the team of trades are brilliant – great bunch. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work and couldn’t be happier that we chose them to do our major renovations. And I was happily going to write this even before they took the washing off the line just before it started to rain today.

Paul was amazing to deal with! Good old fashion builder that clearly understands what clients expect.

It has now been 3 months since ExtraBuild completed our extensions. To us, it was a big job with plenty of extra roof space and external walls added which included plenty of plumbing and drainage as well. We have had a bit of heavy rain since they finished the job and we are very happy (but not surprised) to report no leaks and no issues. We are very happy with the Extrabuild team who really have done a great job and we are still very happy that we chose them for our renovations. Happy to highly recommend them.
